We are non-profit social enterprise based out of Chennai. We are a mission-driven team with over 50 years of cumulative experience working with governments and communities to strengthen public systems. Grounded in field realities and guided by a systems perspective, we build long-term partnerships with governments, institutions, and communities to improve development outcomes and enable meaningful, scalable change.

Srivathsan Ramaswamy
Co-Founder & Director
Srivathsan Ramaswamy is a systems reform practitioner who works with institutions and governments to design and scale development programmes. He has led strategy and implementation for statewide education initiatives in Tamil Nadu covering 45,000+ public schools, managing programmes collectively valued at over ₹850 crore, including many flagship schemes and administrative reforms at the intersection of research, policy and technology. He has built and led 300+ member multidisciplinary teams, developed government data and performance management systems, and contributed to measurable improvements in student learning outcomes at scale. Srivathsan believes that relentless focus on outcomes, coupled with moral leadership, is essential to move institutions and ecosystems toward meaningful and lasting change.

Sridhar Ganapathy
Co-Founder & Director
Sridhar Ganapathy is a technology and public systems practitioner working at the intersection of digital public infrastructure, data governance and public policy. As Principal – Technology & Innovation at Artha Global, he advises national and sub-national governments on technology architecture, data maturity and the use of digital systems to improve public service delivery. He leads Artha’s Knowledge Partnership for the UN Universal DPI Safeguards Initiative, contributing to global frameworks that guide the safe and inclusive development of digital public infrastructure.
Earlier in his career, Sridhar worked on programme design, behavioural analytics and impact assessment for school transformation initiatives aimed at improving learning outcomes and child nutrition in public education. As a fellow with Teach For India, he worked directly within government school systems to support student learning. He also previously designed and benchmarked anti-money laundering technology solutions for financial institutions. Sridhar is an engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and is driven by the belief that responsible technology and strong public institutions are central to solving complex societal challenges at scale.


Mathangi P N
Co-Founder & Director
Mathangi is a systems leader with over a decade of experience designing and delivering large-scale social impact programmes in partnership with government institutions and civil society organisations. She has led complex multi-stakeholder initiatives and statewide programmes in Tamil Nadu reaching 1.35 million beneficiaries, translating policy goals into effective programme design and implementation within public systems.
She co-founded Safe Schools, where she built scalable models for institutional safeguarding, organisational capacity building and stakeholder engagement. Mathangi holds a Master’s in Education from University College London and is known for combining systems thinking, programme delivery and empathy-driven leadership to address structural inequities. Her work has been recognised by organisations such as UNESCO as an innovative approach to strengthening institutional ecosystems.
