District Development Management System

Nature: Product Development

Based on in-depth interviews with nearly ~25 district collectors across India, we have codified the district collectors' needs as a product. The critical tenet of the District Collectorate is that it acts as a fulcrum for all development activities in a district. Hence, we believe, that improving the efficiency & effectiveness of a Collector would significantly improve the quality of services in a district.

Certificate Course on Social Impact Measurement

Nature: Capacity Building Course

In India, under the CSR rules, every company with an average CSR obligation of at least ₹10 crore in the preceding three years must commission an independent impact assessment for CSR projects with outlays of ₹1 crore or more. A recent study of Nifty 250 companies notes that only
18% reported the statistical methods used for sampling, showing a large gap between formal requirements and technical depth. In the current context of increasing demand for evidence-based policymaking, outcome-linked funding, CSR accountability, and results-based programme management, there exists a strong and growing need for skilled professionals who can rigorously measure and interpret social impact. Towards this we have launched a course for development sector professionals & enthusiasts in collaboration with Madras Institute of Development Studies.
